Terms of Service
mapleserv · Last updated: March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using mapleserv. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. mapleserv as a Marketplace
mapleserv operates solely as an online marketplace that connects individuals seeking care and home services ("Seekers") with independent service providers ("Providers"). mapleserv is not an employer of any Provider listed on the platform.
Providers are independent contractors who operate their own businesses. mapleserv does not direct, supervise, control, or employ Providers. Any agreement for services is made directly between the Seeker and the Provider.
mapleserv assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any services arranged through the platform.

- Any harm arising from misuse of the platform is the sole responsibility of the offending user.
- Impersonation, fraud, or illegal use of the platform may be prosecuted to the full extent of Canadian law.
- You will indemnify and hold harmless mapleserv, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
